ECK - Rose No 5 2025 750ml"Handpicked Pinot Noir from a beautiful vineyard in Pipers Creek (Macedon Ranges). Picked on 2 March 2025, the grapes were picked early for sparkling base, and the pressings formed the base for this wine. Fermented in tank for 3 weeks, the wine was racked off lees and aged in four seasoned French barriques.
