Count George W. Boyer, DD, ThD, was born on a family farm near Boston in Lincolnshire, England and educated in a Church of England School, Edwinstowe in Nottinghamshire (Robin Hood country). Count Boyer is qualified in psychology and metaphysical healing, and studied comparative religion. He was consecrated as a Bishop in August 1958. He moved to London in the early 60s and worked with the late Richard, Duc de Palatine to help with the work of re-establishing the ancient gnosis of the soul. | The Most Rev. Richard, Duc de Palatine (1916-1977) is universally recognized as one of the most learned and charismatic Gnostic teachers of the 20th century. Born in Australia, of French and British ancestry, he studied in Melbourne before traveling to England where he was consecrated a bishop in 1953. On the 25th October of the same year he established The Pre-Nicene Gnosto-Catholic Church in London, with the object of “restoring the Gnosis Divine Wisdom to the Christian Church, and to teach the Path of Holiness which leads to God and the Inner Illumination and Interior Communion with the Soul through the mortal body of man.” |
